I have mentioned it before, but there was a strange time for me a few years back where I decided to go on something of a juice fast, only I did merely for the fact I was feeling a little “backed up.”It was a weird few weeks, merely for the fact that I actually felt pretty good much for much of the time and actually felt a little light on my feet. To top it off, I also managed to lose a few pounds and slip into my pants a little looser, mainly because none of my pants were straight leg or anything.
