    Parsons Training in Tucson was founded in 2011 by owners Dr. Jon and Christa Parsons. Jon and Christa noticed that the quality of personal training offered in corporate and "box" gyms in Tucson lacked the proper personal trainer education and experience to provide safe and effective personal training that residents in Tucson deserve. Thus, Parsons Training was founded on those two principles; provide top quality personal training with trainers that are highly educated and have years of experience. 

    What also separates us from our competitors is that our client's get results. We challenge, we motivate, we encourage, and we care for our client's. We offer a truly private personal training experience. We make training fun and exciting. Our client's look forward to their workouts. Our gym is a welcoming environment, regardless of who a client is working with, they are part of the Parsons Training family and they will be welcomed by every staff member and client.

    Where we differ significantly from other personal training companies is that we recognize that not every human being was designed exactly the same. You will see personal trainers and strength coaches working with individuals in a one-to-one basis to improve each person's individual mobility, strength, and endurance.  We don't limit ourselves to one specific style of training. But if a person were to ask us, What particular type of training regimen do we identify with the most?... Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. We believe that personal training should be purposely varied, highly functional, properly intensified, and rewarding.
